Kara-Kae is an author, speaker and podcaster who creates safe spaces for women to ask questions about themselves, the Church, and the world. She is the host of “Asking for a Friend”, a weekly podcast that helps women navigate challenging topics. She also is the author of the book “Mom Up: Thriving with Grace in the Chaos of Motherhood”. Kara-Kae is married to her husband Brook of 13 years, and is a mom of four.
