help women (just like you!) grow in their gifting, calling, skills, and confidence in ministry.

Marketing & Strategy Opportunities:

This can be the hardest thing for most women in ministry–they love the “ministry” side of things, but get stuck on the business side of things. Julia and Becky love both and can’t wait to teach you both sides!

Content Writing Opportunities:

There will be several ways you can exercise this skill set if it’s something you desire to use, or try out.

Teaching Opportunities:

We know many of you need opportunities to teach but don’t have a “platform” to do that. If you have the gift of teaching, or want to try to grow in that skill, we have some opportunities for you!

Weekly Coaching with one of our two team leads:

Becky Kiser (Founder of OWBS, speaker, and two-time published author) and Julia Tucker (Online Pastor at Transformation Church and speaker). They are making themselves available to you to answer any and all of your ministry questions! As well as, offer feedback on any of the work you are doing for OWBS.

Freedom:

We give you space to dream up and collaborate with us! We are still creating this ministry and are very much open-handed before God with it. We are open to letting you try new things with it too! We aren’t afraid to brainstorm, and if an idea seems like a good fit, we aren’t afraid to try it out!

Please note that this internship program is:

Open to ALL WOMEN in ALL STAGES OF LIFE: We know that typically interns are assumed to be college-aged (and we LOVE that group of people!!!). However, we don't believe that is the only age group that needs to gain experience, confidence and have an opportunity to use their gifts in ministry! So know that this is open to those in college, but also to the stay stay-at-home mom, retired woman, 9-to-5-er, etc. We are all needed to do this thing!
Unpaid: We would love to pay everyone on the team a million dollars, however, the fact is Christian women’s ministry is… well ministry, and not super lucrative. Serving as part of this ministry is just that, serving. We are each offering up our gifts to serve women.
Part-Time: Each position will require around 5-10 hours of work per week. We do not expect this to be your primary or only thing–you can absolutely have another job or internship alongside this one.
Remote: You can live anywhere in the world to apply for this position. English must be your primary language or fully fluent, but where you live does not matter. You must have access to your own computer, smart phone, and wifi to connect to the internet.
6-month to 1 Year commitment: We are asking each intern to determine what time frame they could commit to. During the interview process we will establish that with you. We do ask for a minimum of 6-months.
